You then receive a generic recording from the svp that butchers your name and informs you go to the "next round" -- more online behavioral assessment. In good faith, you take the 10-minutes test that you nail. And you receive a new recording from the chairman that explains why you fit the company's culture so well (your name is buchered again). And... You're invited to a cognitive assessment. You haven't interacted with a human yet. You're inthe fence but you're curious so ou participate, and you realize half of the questions are vocabulary questions (fill the blanks type of question) involving non usual nouns (ex: nugacious, sure, you could fall back to latin but you have 3 seconds per question). Because English is not your native language, you don't do so well. And... Nothing. Just ghosted,not even a recording. Summary: One application, three assessments, zero human interaction, one ghosting.
