First step, thirty min to an hour phone interview with the Staffing Manager. Second step, thirty min to an hour face to face interview with Staffing Manager, fellow Recruiters, and possibly VP or Director of Recruiting.

Everyone meets with the owner for interviews, then passed on to other sr. tech folks.There are several steps to interviewing there and usually what I would expect. Not a difficult screening process as other senior level technical architects are pretty good. Worst part of interview is with the owner as he constantly told me how rich he is and all kinds of other inappropriate for interviewing conversation topics. I think he does it to try to build relationships. He obviously doesn't know how to do that.
