They are good at communicating. They would not pressure you for having an interview because they took it professionally. I actually enjoyed the conversations that are like we are friends.

I interviewed as a contractor for my agency. They give you a coding test first, followed by a technical knowhow interview, and then finally job offer. It's a pretty straight forward process. But be warned though... SXI isn't a very good company.
