The company must be shrinking because the job posting was touting growth and massive hires so it's something I asked about during the interview. I wasn't going to take the position just based off the process of hiring, so I took the interviews to learn more. You'll take (4) online assessments, some which has little to do with the job. They each took about 40 minutes to complete. Essays about yourself, about why you want the job, spatial reasoning, memory, math and arithmetic. The phone interviews are interesting. You may get two like I did. Generic questions and some odd questions. I'm sure if you google generic interview questions and practice those, you'll be ready for the interview. Some interviewees could be less friendly, it depends, but you can't expect everyone to be in a happy mood. The in-person interview is atop a small building in downtown. All your data will be printed on a sheet and they will mark up your resume and other questions as you chat and get interviewed. I suggest bringing a notepad to ask about the company and the company's health. That's just a good practice in general. Officially, hiring has been put on hold so I got no offer.
