You get three steps of FlowQ exams which starts with English test then ability test and if you pass these test the next one is the personality test. Then you have HR interview.

It was quite well and people are so welcoming. They really help you not to be nervous during the interview. They behave like you are just one of them and help you to understand what is the job about.
