Three stage interview comprising of initial telephone interview understanding fit for role. First stage interview with the HM, second stage with HR, CTO and head of HR. Overall process for interview and communication was swift and offer of job was pretty well organised. This was back in Aug 2024. Things maybe slightly different now.

Colloquio
It was a virtual interview, the interviewer suggested it was an informal discussion in the email. During the interview they didn’t turn their camera on nor address me by my name which I found odd.
They also asked interview style questions which was not expected for a 15 get to know you discussion.
I asked about the company culture and they couldn’t answer what that is like as apparently they are trying to establish it, so i asked what they would like from the culture and again they couldn’t answer the question. I wasn’t impressed.
