      Candidatura

Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 3 mesi. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Soni Resources Group (Philadelphia, PA)

      Colloquio

I started the interview process with Brad Costello and then another with Johnathan in January. This process was great bc of prior experience, I was invited to interview with another manager and that too went great or i thought, 2 weeks passes by and I email both that manager and the Brad, who was the initial manager that I spoke with as I was interviewing for both teams, and no reply. I finally called Brad and he said he would get back to me and that I would be interviewing for his team. Another two weeks later I got the information to meet with another individual. After that I again would begin calling and emailing and no response back, even though we follow eachother on linkedin, so I would see brad saw my message and ignore me. Again, I started interviewing in January, it is now march, later with the ceo and then another individual on the same day. I sent an email of follow up the next week, received nothing, the following week I received nothing. I called the recruiter Cameron and she ensured that she would get back to me and nothing. I was confused because all parties were active on linkedin making mention that they were hiring. I had left voicemails and continued to outreach to all parties that were part of the interview process. I had the feeling that they were purposely ignoring me, so today, 2nd week of April, I utilized my business number and Brad said unfortunately we would have to go with someone else, which is fine, but there was no apology for the lack of communication. I had been interviewing since January, I had been consistent with communication, i was ghosted, ignored, and strung a long through a process. I just did not appreciate how I was mistreated and if i had not essentially called from a number that was unrecognizable, I would still been left in the loop. It is discouraging and i have nothing bad to say about the individuals, as the personal conversations were great and everyone was kind. But as a company that emphasizes on communication and even told me during the interview that I would not be ghosted, it almost felt like a sick joke. I had remain hopeful for over 3 months and its not about the job per say but in the midst of experiencing a layoff and having this done to me was bit traumatic and I can not understand as to why and as I am trying to remain motivated in my next steps, this is truly discouraging. Even when calling on my business number, there was no apology for the time I spent. I'm sure there are some that may feel like you win some and you lose some, but again, this is not about the positions, it's about mistreatment of those who are interviewing.
