I put in an application on a Thursday and got a call back on Saturday, he scheduled me an interview on Sunday at 5:30. I had my interview outside (my Sonic doesn't have an inside) he asked a few questions, got another car hop to explain the job to me and hired me on the spot.

Extremely easy, they make you take what seems to be an IQ test but do not care about the results at all. Odd hiring process but if you have a pulse you will get hired.
