Intro call with the founder then on site interview with the devops lead - we went from very broad questions to deep devops and kubernettes ones. Ultimately it was not a match on either side but the team was freindly and accepting and would concider trying again in the future.

Focus was on scaling, optimizing hardware - they wanted to know specific knowledge on kubernettes, how one would optimize reqeusts on instances, but also more generaly about python, go and rust.
