there was a technical and behavioral portion, interview took about 2 hours. and they also gave a tour after of the different labs such as the 3D printing lab and the woodshop.

The interview consisted of an initial video conference interview and then a follow up video conference interview (the position I was interviewing for was across the country). It was a very positive experience, albeit was slightly fast. The interview was very 2 sided and comfortable. Easily one of the best interviews I've had.

They asked me a lot of questions about my experience and interests. They seemed genuinely interested not only if I was a good fit technically, but also personality wise.
