The whole interview process was through phone call and Zoom (online video meeting app) because interviewers were from different functions and in different locations worldwide. Communication is one most important part, as well as professional skill/experience. Process is long due to several loops to go. But the recruiter managed to actively arrange interview time to minimize whole loop, which was nice.
