This was a 3 phase process i.e. Telephonic / F2F / Company Head
Telephonic - upon my CV shortlisting by the company, a sr. mgr conducted a pre-screening or first round, which was a telephonic interview. The sr mgr was kind enough to talk about his company n its activities in India. Later they verified my profile based on the CV details. Total time taken - 80mins
F2F - on selection / clearing the phase1 round, they called me for a F2F interview at their HQ based in
Bangalore. It was conducted by 2 different sr. mgrs + 1 sr HR guy. Focus was on how my profile can match their needs/ requirement and some details about the company growth etc etc.
Total Time taken - 5hrs
Company Head - on clearance of the F2F round, had an interview with the company head. General one, nothing specific. Total time taken - 30mins.
Good Points : People were cordial, polite and friendly
