Interview process was pretty straight forward. A head hunter contacted me about an open position and spoke with me. Apparently they thought I was worth talking to because a week later they contacted me for an initial phone interview. I spent about 30 minutes on the phone with the interviewer who was an internal recruiting manager and it seemed to go well. Was told I would hear back about next steps in about a week. Never heard another word.

Talk about a time when you encountered a problem at work that you could not overcome
The interview process at Sony was terrible. The recruiters and executive leadership could not answer even the most basic questions about culture, values or even the most basic business processes. The leader and recruiter that interviewed me spent more time telling me about the role than actually being interested in my 20 years of experience as a Director. After what I was told was, " a great interview," I was ghosted. No response to my emails and no follow ups. Red Flag company.
