Meet with HR first then have a English test first. This is a very basic portion. After passed, you have a chance to meet with your hiring manager. This is Day 1.
Then you go back home, waiting 2nd interview invite if you are qualified. During 2nd interview, firstly, your hiring manager will meet with you again with top manager(division head/president). After that, you will meet HR team again to discuss in detail about your detail background and your expected salary package.

The procedure is simple and coherent. Everything is clearly mentioned. The process took around 30 minutes and unfortunately I didnt get the offer, Even though I had the priviledge in languages but it did not seem like what they are looking for as a sale. Maybe I can give it a try again next time.
The process contains 3 rounds including hr and manager interview. And after that with your reporting manager. And it will be a decent level of interview. One should look forward to it.
