started off with excel test (pivot table and vlookup) and followed by asking typical interview questions (introduce yourself, strengths and weaknesses, etc) and personality related questions (how do your friends describe you etc)

first stage with excel test on vlookup and pivot table, given one hour to complete. second stage is the interview with their hr, asking more on personality and past experience questions
