2 rounds of interviews. First with the local team and the second with the team in HQ USA. Some of the question were unfair as they were based on specific operational issues unique to the Company which were unfamiliar to me. The other questions were fair as they related to general skill sets and relevant experience directly related to the job at hand.

I received a call from the internal recruiter for an initial discussion and then we set up a time for the interview which was then conducted by the line manager. After having an interview, they did not bother to contact me again, even after I followed up numerous times
