The person who ended up being my manager interviewed me, and then the director interviewed me. It was casual and they asked open ended questions. They asked me to tell them a little about myself and then my experience working with other departments. They most certainly didn't have any canned questions, and I didn't feel like they were testing my knowledge about the job, it was much more conversational.
