I only made it to the following interview stages:
1. Preliminary phone screen with Global HR Manager (15 minutes)
2. Video interview with Marketing Director (about 45 minutes long)
Both parties were professional, friendly and made it more like a conversation. After 2 weeks, HR contacted me to set up an interview with the departmental hiring manager. I was informed that there were at least 1-2 rounds after the first video interview, so I was only at the beginning stages. They asked standard interview questions to get to know the candidate more. After 4 weeks, I was informed that they decided to go with a different, more experienced candidate.
