At the end of the discussion she said she'd let me know about providing the salary range information. I never heard back despite reaching out a few times in the following weeks. While it is likely that my salary expectations weren't in line with the range for this role, at least say as much and not leave candidates in the dark. I've come to realize most larger companies lack the follow through or courtesy of updating applicants on their status for a position.
