Was given a skype interview with a couple of gentlemen who seemed entirely uninterested in anything I had to say. One guy was playing on his phone totally un-engaged another guy had his head down on the table with his eyes closed. One other guy was drawing something on a sheet of paper while I talked. The whole thing was a huge waste of time and fairly insulting to be frank.

Was interviewed by the lead and the supervisor, they talked about the project, told me a bit about the tools and the pipe, asked me about my previous experience, very relaxed and low stress process.
