The interview process for a non managerial role was extremely long. I will detail below my dates: 20th August - phone interview screening 11th September - 1st interview - amazing feedback received 22nd September - 2nd interview Chased feedback for 2 weeks after my 2nd interview 3 times and being totally ignored, no response received! 06th October - received call to tell me I have been rejected as I didn't do well "fit with the company culture"
