Colloquio
This was a two stage interview, the initial interview was with the hiring manager and a technical lead. The second stage was with a P&L lead and HR Manager.
Both interviews were fairly haphazard with no real structure, consisted of a synopsis of career history today, some examples of technical leadership and general Q&A.
