Interview Process started off as a phone call. The phone was super easy because i enjoyed it as it was nothing like typical phone calls. They just asked what i am into and what interests me. It was more friendly if anything. It was more for how you speak and how well you can hold a conversation. The in person interview was very casual and they called me back almost immediately. After one in person interview i was offered the job but it took awhile for them to get back to me.
