      Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Soroco

      Applied through recruiter. Round 1 : Hacker rank test in their office. Two Rounds. Round 2 : After the test 4 people were filtered for HR round. Everything went fine. Entire day process. > 9 hours Round 3: Video call. Technical Interview with thier boston team. Back to back two rounds. This was the only good experience. Round 4 : Mr. ceo. Skipped my office and arrived at their office at scheduled time. Mr. ceo was late by 25 minutes. He did not show any courtesy, no apologies for being late. As soon as he put foot in the room, he started inquiring my details in a way that I felt I was in a quiz show. For his next questions, he concluded I don't know what I am saying before I could finish my response. Lastly 2 technical questions which I answered correctly. He agreed my solutions were correct. Next day some HR lady calls caliming she took my interview on first day(round 2). I was like NO...it was not you! she is like "oh yeah..sorry!" Round 5 (Tech) video conferencng at 9AM. I hesitantly said yes for this. skipped my office (again), waiting and it turns out the interviewer is nowhere to be found at 9:15AM. Contacted HR, who came back after 10 minutes saying the interviewer had a flat tyre and we will have to reschedule. (seriously? If the interviewer had a flat tyre, and he knew he wouldn't make it on time, then why wasn't I informed. Was he waiting till I called? Had I not contacted the HR, I would have waited indefinitely) Round 5: I asked to rescheduled to a day after. Then HR calls and says I will have to come to their office for this round. I said setup a video call as I cannot keep coming to your office as and when you desire. She came back with a response that we don't do video call for any candidates. I was like ?!?. I understood by this point of time that, though their team in boston is great and all, but these guys have no idea what to do. Their ceo is arrogant. No idea what they are looking for in a candidate. No coordination among themselves. Do not respect the value of time of the candidate. I politely declined their invitation. Please don't waste your time with them.
