I connected with the HR team over LinkedIn, and it was a great interaction. After a brief discussion over a call about my career experience, the second and final round of interview with the Operations Manager was scheduled. The interview wasn't too tough — the interviewer mainly wanted to understand my interest in the role, my comfort with work timings, and my alignment with their store operations SOP. I'm happy to share that I got selected! I’ve officially made a career switch to the retail industry, and I’m grateful to The Souled Store (TSS) for giving me this wonderful opportunity to start this new chapter. 🙌

It was truly nice and comfortable, besides it was actually campus placement, so the pressure from competitors made it fun. They put emphasis on our initiative ability and to get the conversation going.
