The company was called by the TnP cell of my college. Around 25 applied. 7 were Shortlisted for the Telephonic interview. The telephonic interview was around 15 mins long for each. Each were fired random questions about retail sector and work culture which had no relation with our field of expertise. We were still not clear of the objective of the internship we were being hired for. 3 days later, 1 was selected as against 4 they had said. The work they wanted from us is totally general. No special talent was needed. In short, the company did not specify clearly what they wanted from us and due to our college policy, I had to go for the ointernship. Poor presentation on the management part.
