      The process was clear and smooth. I was contacted by Zannette for an initial interview and after our conversation detailed next steps and timing were provided. When a record-breaking storm hit, she pro-actively contacted with an updated plan. Importantly, I was contacted after a decision had been made to let me know I didn't get the offer. That might sound odd, but that courtesy is rare these days.

      The conversation focused on questions to determine behaviors based on real-life examples from past experience. The questions sparked an interesting conversation revealing what is important for both the needs of the position/company and the candidate. I left the conversation more interested and excited about the opportunity.
