· Being a part of the Sound Pro Experience · Purchase Order processing and daily updates to the ERP · Log all order confirmations and tracking details. · Track and monitor purchases, from initial order to delivery, to include weekly updates of expired EAD dates. · Working with Sales, Warehouse and Vendors to complete RMA’s - follow up from customer to end result of return to vendor.
