I applied online. Then they sent me a link for an online technical evaluation which consisted in 30 multiple choice questions. They give 90 seconds for each question but recommend answering ASAP to demonstrate your knowledge and that you didn't do a web search to answer it (since they store the response time of each question). You can also answer “I don't know”. In addition, at the end you can input your level of proficiency in each programming language and you have to say why you are excited about working there.
