Good afternoon, Thank you for the honest feedback about your interviewing experience. That lengthy interview process issue is definitely something we're aware of here at Sounds True. To your point, it is difficult since going fully remote to make sure we get all relevant people's input on a candidate on the same schedule. That said, it is something that we're continuing to try and curtail and improve as much as possible as we work with hiring managers going forward.
