I had 3 panel interviews with leaders, teammates and C-suite/stakeholders. I presented an assignment addressing a few top priorities my first year in the role. I also took a Kolbe assessment. The process went quickly and expectations were set the at each step. The conversations were casual, but also challenging and insightful. On a personal level, all members of the team were incredibly friendly and engaging. You could feel the culture, respect and rapport they had for one another as well.
