The process is tough, the HR process itself is not that flexible or friendly. It took around 2-3 months interviewing me! - The management is lost, nothing clear, you feel like you are going to work with the CIA! - There is no appreciation for your years of experience. - They may decide to keep you on hold till they decide where the position you fit in and if they really need you or they just need you just to quite your job! They dealt with me like a homeless who came from the street and pray every day and every hour to work at souq! It was the worst interview i've ever had (long interviews within 3 months each one's level is less than my qualifications and the worst one is the HR interview where the HR will judge your english fluency by watching how you pronounce your name and personal info in English! OMG!).
