Very long process where I was told I was doing well. Went through numerous interviews and stages. Received calls to talk numbers. Was asked if I would accept an offer. Suddenly all that changed and they simply were no longer making me an offer. Lots of mistakes and signs of people that have been in a niche silo for decades and therefore know little else.
