Initial discussion about the role, followed by numeracy test and modelling engine example to fill out. Followed by a second, low-key interview with a member of the team. Then a final discussion with directors before a final decision is made.

First there is an intro call with talent manager who describes the role and goes through salary, start date and other bits. Then there's the initial call, if successful you get sent a modelling test, if it goes well then final interview with department head, a senior health economist and the director
