Standard three interview process with typical hiring questions. Mix of people mgmt questions and customer support knowledge. Focus on processes. The time between interviews was roughly one week. Three rounds total.
Met with a recruiter, and then two more meetings with people in their customer success teams. 30 minutes each. Both seemed to go well, and the interviews were fine.
A month later, a follow up email to the team, and silence. Have not heard back since. A bit disappointed with their organization and lack of professionalism.

No one I spoke with was very prepared. Mostly just casual conversations about career and experience.
