I received an email requesting a time to meet to review some of the position criteria as a screening process before we move forward into further review and scheduling of interviews. However, fhat phone screen appointment turned into an hour long interview. While this is typical for the industry, it was misleading to have been told our meeting was a phone screen. The director shared information on the new program and the role, followed by standard questions regarding my experiences and what I would do in certain situations to support students.
