Fairly simple. I applied on Indeed and directly scheduled my interview through them (it was a hiring event). When I arrived at the office, I was taken with other applicants into a conference room where a recruiter met with us to discuss the job and then each of us were called one by one for our interview with the hiring manager. Hiring manager interviewed with was nice and interview itself wasn't too bad.
