Didn't get this job because I was told I had "no Pension Admin Experience". Perhaps if this was stated as "essential" on the Person Specification, they could've saved me the trouble of applying, & the time energy & expense of a face to face interview. It was crystal clear to them I didn't have this experience from the outset.
