Interview felt informal and friendly. Asked for examples of situations showing behaviours which align with job description. Given time to think about answers and also ask questions at the end.

Interview process was very laid back and informal,which was at a local job fair i went to..

2:Apply For DBS(Disclosure &Barring Service Certificate)..would also help your application if you are on the update service.
3:Talk To Positive Behaviour Specialist(which are general scenario questions)
3:Complete Quiz On A Laptop/Computer(5 general questions in scenarios what would you do)
4:Meet and greet some Support Workers to learn more about Southdown
5:Have Interview(very laid back informal learning about your work history,industry questions included,why you want to work with/for Southdown.
Overall this process I would rate 10/10 as it was informal/friendly/managers and Senior Staff very approachable and willing to answer any questions you may have.
