Fair and thorough interview process. Company is very straightforward about expectations and what they are looking for in a candidate. First part of the process consisted of a phone screen and then two separate one on one interviews.

Went there and waited for service manager. Interviewed by the manager and assistant manager on various topics. Then was given a brief tour of the area. Was explained to how the whole process works.
