The process began with a 10-minute phone screen that was an overview of my resume. The recruiter, Lesley was very easy to talk to and provided great insight into the company culture. This was followed by an in-person interview that lasted roughly an hour. It was more of a conversation to get to know more about you than a traditional interview. After that, I got scheduled for a second-round interview for which I had to prepare a mini project that was very doable and reasonable. The second interview consisted of another hour-long conversation with more people who my role would be working closely with. This was also where I was happy to learn that I would be receiving an offer for the role.
