Was very basic, only asked behavioral questions and things on my resume. There was no technical questions despite the position having a lot of background needed based on the job application. Make sure to know your resume well and come with prepared answers to typical interview questions to help make the process easier on yourself. In addition, they were very interested in the type of questions I had for the position.

The interview process consisted of a panel interview with four team members. The conversation lasted about an hour and included mainly behavioral questions. Each interviewer asked questions about different aspects of my background, including academic projects, teamwork experiences, and how I approach safety problems. The interview was conversational but structured, with follow up questions based on my responses.

Initial phone screen confirming several details before a panel interview with hiring manager(s) and engineer. There were around 5 questions or so, and they were roughly split between behavioral and technical.

The process was professional and straight to the point. They screen and make sure you hit all the requirements initially before moving you onto the next phase. Phone screen is about 5 minutes, very quick.
