For the most part they are behavioral questions that are designed as gotcha excuses to not move forward with you as a candidate. They are extremely pedantic questions, that gauge how you handled situations in the past. It was, without a doubt, an incredible waste of time. Most of the people asking the questions were bored as soon as the meeting started. I was left with the impression that the people conducting these interviews truly hate working for Socal Edison and they should probably find a job they enjoy.
