I found the application on the jobs website, then filled out the application and waited a while. I was called for an interview in Birmingham, AL. Overall great process, everyone involved was welcoming and helpful.

Single phone interview. Asked standard questions. Panel interview and difficult to hear. The interviewers were very nice and were not condescending in any way. Hiring process was easy, received offer a few weeks later.
