Phone screen / phone interview was fairly typical overall. Basic "tell me about a time" questions. No review of your personal history, experience, or qualifications. Very 'checklisty' and not very personable. No job description or position details. I had to interject with questions. No offer for questions at the end. Hopefully the face to face interviews would be more professional.
