Applied online, than a phone interview followed by a face to face with 2 interviewers and a ramp supervisor. The next step was fingerprinting followed by background check and a drug test a week later. The process took about two & a half weeks.

Easy peasy lemon squeezy just be yourself and you should not have a problem having little to no airline experience and still got hired. Multiple interviews not a short process but overall easy

I filled out an application through Southwest. It took about 15 minutes to complete. Then I was scheduled for a virtual interview. I was offered a job halfway through. I start May 12 !!
