First I did a phone interview then after the we finish the interview she set me up for a face to face. I was interviewed by two managers,...The interview was pretty straight forward asking questions and looking for positive answers. Mostly they are examining your personality so remember to show lots and be ready to answer why you chose southwest and what you did prior to pursuing Southwest.

Easy peasy lemon squeezy just be yourself and you should not have a problem having little to no airline experience and still got hired. Multiple interviews not a short process but overall easy

I filled out an application through Southwest. It took about 15 minutes to complete. Then I was scheduled for a virtual interview. I was offered a job halfway through. I start May 12 !!
