The interview was fairly easy, the lady whom I talked to was very polite. It was about a 15 minute interview over the phone. She asked questions about the position and why I was interested in it. Overall it was a pretty smooth interview.

Easy peasy lemon squeezy just be yourself and you should not have a problem having little to no airline experience and still got hired. Multiple interviews not a short process but overall easy

I filled out an application through Southwest. It took about 15 minutes to complete. Then I was scheduled for a virtual interview. I was offered a job halfway through. I start May 12 !!
