First there was a phone interview. The next interview was meeting with three Southwest Airline employees. Everyone was as nice as they could be. Turns out after finding out more about the job, it wasn't the right job for me. However, they seem to be a great company!

The interview was a one-way video recording. I was given three attempts and 5 minutes overall with the six questions. It felt awkward- like I was doing a video audition instead of an interview. I appreciated the speed of the process. I heard back the following week whether I had gotten a role. I couldn't ask the interviewer questions or ask for clarification directly, making the interview more difficult for me. The answers were also timed, but generously so.
