There are two steps to the interview. The first one is general with HR and they will ask you simple questions like your soft skills and basic skills related to work. The second one is a bit complex and important because you will be interviewing with both HR and your manager, but it shouldn’t be that bad if you know what the job requirement and your skill alignment is.
